The CCO Faith Study series is a collection of five thematic studies that simply and clearly explain the truths of the faith and practically outline important principles for Catholic living. It has been designed to proclaim the Gospel, equip the faithful, and commission them to become missionary disciples. The studies begin with Discovery, followed by Source, Growth, Trust, and Commission. They received ecclesiastical approval from Most Reverend Terrence Prendergast, SJ (Archbishop of Ottawa). Each lesson integrates Scripture and Church teachings in its small group discussions.

The strength of these faith studies is in their didactic and intentionality. Their purpose is to bring people to a personal encounter with Jesus Christ, leading to a conversion which orients their entire life to God. They then, step-by-step, guide the participants to grow in their relationship with God and to live out their deepest identity as missionary disciples.

Source is the second study and looks at the role the Holy Spirit should have in the lives of faithful Catholics and the difference the third person of the Trinity can make. This study helps you explore some of the barriers that prevent us from fully living in the Holy Spirit and provides some guidance on how we can live in full docility to the Spirit. It also looks at the Gifts and Fruits we receive from the Holy Spirit.
